Return Policy
New and unused items purchased in our online store may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item) otherwise the cost of shipping will be deducted from the credit amount. For any fabricated and/or customized products, these items cannot be returned.
In the event that the fabricated and customized item you received from us was an error on our part, we will either replace or issue credit for any product proven to be defective based on proper intended use and in a reasonable time frame. JettyDek products are always guaranteed to be free of defects in material and workmanship. We will replace any defective product to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Credits or replacements will be handled thru our return process outlined below.
Acceptance of returned merchandise is at the discretion of JettyDek and must be approved by Customer Service for products purchased directly from JettyDek.ca. All merchandise returned must have a JettyDek issued RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization), merchandise received without being authorized in advance will not be accepted for processing. To request return, contact JettyDek custom service or your Account Manager and complete the request for RMA from your order history page.
Please expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive your refund sooner depending on banking institutions. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
